The challenge
Technology in health care can help reduce the work pressure in the sector. Many organisations still struggle with its implementation, however. And not all employees find is easy (pleasant) to work with. Because of this, it is still unclear how health care technology can contribute to a different way of working. This is the question we want to answer at Greenwise Campus.
This is what we do
Our research group, together with the Drenthe Technology and Health Care Academy (TZA) and the Health Care & Technology Practicum, conducts exploratory research into the implementation and use of health care technology. We discuss our findings at the Think Tank meetings and discuss the next steps.
Where we stand now
In June 2023, the first exploratory research was completed and the results were presented in a workshop during the TZA Networking event. The research and the workshop demand a follow-up. In the autumn, Greenwise and the Think Tank have organised a session to explore the ensuing steps.
What's next
We compile a research agenda based on the exploratory research. We do this together with the collaborating partners. This agenda will determine the activities for the coming years.
