The challenge
The hydrogen economy demands new expertise, skills and competencies. We need well-trained people at every level. Besides technical knowledge, it will require communicational, organisational and digital skills. Greenwise Campus is collaborating on new study programmes for future energy professionals.

This is what we do
Greenwise Campus collaborates in the development of new programmes for training employees in the hydrogen sector. We do this by way of the Erasmus project with parties from various European countries. This is how we can learn from one another at an international level.
Where we stand now
For professionals, it's all about retraining and additional training. At every level, from MBO to university. This is also how we demonstrate the value of the collaboration among MBO, HBO, WO programmes, companies and government.
What’s next?
In 2023, we were working on renewing education. We compared these new methods internationally. There are various training modules available for the different target groups.
